Our Singapore team is expanding rapidly following $30M+ in annual revenue, and we're looking for passionate cloud professionals to join our growing technical delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and deliver comprehensive, tailored AWS-based solutions.
- Provide remote technical support to global customers using AWS, troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud infrastructure issues.
- Define and evangelize best practices for public cloud architecture, driving standardization across client applications and platforms.
- Lead incident response for critical production issues on public cloud environments and deliver customized solutions for unique client needs.
- Design and implement robust AWS deployment architectures, including cloud migration strategies, and resolve high-severity technical challenges.
- Continuously improve support processes by documenting lessons learned and providing actionable feedback to enhance service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS or other major public cloud platforms (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud).
- Deep expertise in core AWS IaaS services such as VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, and Route 53; proven experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting large-scale AWS environments.
- Strong Linux system administration skills; familiarity with MySQL or NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB).
- Proficiency in Shell scripting and at least one programming language (Python or Java preferred).
- Experience authoring and maintaining AWS CloudFormation templates for infrastructure-as-code deployments.
- Ability to design practical cloud adoption roadmaps and dive deep into technical implementation details.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (SAA) or Professional (SAP) certification is a strong plus; relevant certifications from other cloud providers are also valued.
- Prior experience in cloud migration projects is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams in Greater China.
- English proficiency sufficient for daily technical communication in a global work environment.
