Job Description

Strong hands-on experience in AWS architecture and engineering.
Proven experience designing highly available, multi-Region and disaster-recovery solutions on AWS.
Deep knowledge of AWS networking, compute, containers, databases, storage, security and monitoring services.
Experience with database resilience, replication, backup, failover and data-consistency patterns.
Experience with Kubernetes, containers, microservices and event-driven architectures.
Practical experience with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation or another infrastructure-as-code platform.
Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability and operational automation.
Experience leading offshore or geographically distributed engineering teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives independently from assessment through implementation.
Desirable: Working knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI architecture, including LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agent orchestration, guardrails and AI evaluation
