Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and solution design principles.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to design scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that meet business objectives.
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and testing teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless integration of requirements.
Drive process re-engineering initiatives, defining target operating models and recommending technology-enabled improvements.
Prepare and review project deliverables, including functional specifications, solution design documents, API specifications, and UML models.
Support project planning activities with PMO, including resource estimation, scheduling, and budget forecasting.
Coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring test coverage aligns with business requirements and technical design.
Assist in mid-term strategy formulation, contributing to technology roadmaps and solution optimization initiatives.
Provide Level 2 functional support, investigating and resolving complex issues in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
Ensure compliance with governance standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Finance & Banking.
Minimum of 7 - 10 years working as a System Analyst or a role holding similar job responsibilities
Experience in Banking environment.
IT Banking systems experience required.
Local graduates preferred.
Knowledge in Agile / Waterfall Methodology will be an advantage.
Familiar with business process re-engineering and solution design.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results with these stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
