Responsibilities
Support the Project Finance team on origination and execution of Project Finance advisory and lending transactions, with specific responsibility for financial modeling, credit analysis and research work:
- Creation, maintenance, and running sensitivities on detailed financial model in excel for transactions;
- Preparation of credit application for transactions and assist in the internal credit process
- Assist in review of the loan documentation and with discussions internally with legal / corporate credit group as required
- Assist the team in pitching for transactions with preparation of pitch books, presentation materials, term sheets, mandate letters, non-disclosure agreements etc
- Assist the team in the due diligence activities including selection of independent consultants, preparation of scope of work, appointment, review of the due diligence reports
- Support activities in preparing industry review in geographies and client expansion initiative through identification of key participants
- Pro-active monitoring and management of portfolio
- Ongoing review of the market and track & regulator activities in key markets
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree, with at least 6-8 years relevant working experience
- Experience in structured finance transactions; experience in project finance and investment banking would be an advantage;
- Strong credit and financial analytical skills, experience in industry research
- Strong excel skills and aptitude for number crunching; experience in developing detailed cash flow models
