• Responsible for evaluating complex transactions and safeguarding the institution's credit portfolio.
• Assess and decide on new credit applications for structured financing transactions, ensuring robust risk mitigation and appropriate deal structures.
• Oversee and monitor assigned corporate credit portfolios, actively tracking obligor performance and concentration risks.
• Collaborate closely with front-office business units to provide guidance on transaction terms, credit risk assessment, and potential restructuring strategies.
• Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements, projection models, and underlying credit assumptions.
• Verify the precision of data entries within digital credit management platforms and interface with internal risk control functions.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in credit risk assessment or portfolio management experience
• Working knowledge in leveraged buyout financing or non-recourse fund NAV financing.
• Strong capability to analyze financial statements and critically evaluate financial forecasting assumptions.
