Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.

Responsibilities
- Partner with countries Institutional Banking Group (IBG) segments and industries to understand the business drivers and performance
- Support business in strategic business planning and client profitability
- MIS reporting, including budgeting, forward-looking forecasting, close partnership with GFPA to support management reviews and disclosure
- Develop and monitor performance metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met
- Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impact
- Engage in transformation projects and participate in cross-functional collaboration to drive project solutions, implement and test of system solutions
- Provide strong oversight of various financial controls, measurements and systems, including account ownership and timely completion of risk and controls checks
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accounting, minimum 10 years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in Institutional Banking Group (IBG) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in Data Analytical systems such as QlikView or Tableau is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are must-have traits
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills are required
- Strong interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills
