Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious, well skilled, and proactive Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires an articulate, professional, and results-driven individual capable of leading

RFP/tender bid projects, engaging with senior leadership, and collaborating with global teams in a

complex environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in strategic advisory, sales and pre-sales, communication, technical expertise, and project leadership.

Experience: The ideal candidate must have minimum of 10+ years relevant experience

Key Responsibilities and Key performance indicators:

  • Strategic Advisory: Lead end-to-end solution consulting, from pre-sales to delivery execution, ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives. Partner with client's C-suite and senior stakeholders, translating their business challenges into technical solutions that drive value. Act as the trusted advisor for clients & Drive commercial growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding key accounts, and shaping transformational roadmaps
  • Sales & Pre-sales Activity: Assess client needs and respond to RFPs: Engage with clients to assess their needs, gather requirements, and effectively respond to RFPs with well-crafted solutions. Deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Technical expertise: Demonstrated ability to design and articulate scalable enterprise tools & architectures (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP, Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle, IBM, or other platforms/solutions)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solution Consultant or similar role at a reputable consultancy focusing on Singapore government or large-scale commercial sector enterprises.

• Strong understanding of sales, pre-sales, and client-facing activities.

• Experience in strategic advisory

• Proficiency in project management, with experience leading teams through both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach to client engagements & ability to work in cross functional teams.

• Performed as the Solution Consultant Lead for deals larger than $5$10 million.
