About The Job
A hands-on, solution-oriented role driving operational compliance execution, policy drafting, and regulatory implementation.
- Drive end-to-end MAS compliance implementation programs, translate regulatory updates into operational workflows, and build a central Compliance Library from scratch.
- Review marketing materials, policy wordings, and customer disclosures across various insurance products to ensure alignment with MAS Fair Dealing outcomes.
- Partner directly with business units on daily advisory, Third-Party Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and Operational Resilience projects.
- Collaborate across various business operational units to co-create compliant, business-friendly solutions for complex operational roadblocks.

Skills And Experience Required
- At least 6-8 years in regulatory compliance with strong working knowledge of MAS regulations, Insurance Act, and PDPC guidelines.
- Hands-on experience drafting compliance policies, implementing internal controls, and rolling out compliance monitoring programs.
- Proactive, independent self-starter with the communication skills to influence business heads and guide daily operational decisions.
