AVP, Real Estate, Asset Management

• Leverage real estate asset management experience, with a strong focus on the China real estate market
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to determine optimal asset positioning and identify competitive advantages
• Manage budgeting processes, perform hold/sell analyses, and develop strategic business plans encompassing leasing, asset enhancement, financing, and exit strategies
• Oversee project management initiatives related to asset repositioning and enhancement, bringing valuable experience to drive these efforts

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role

• At least 6 years of relevant asset management experience and thorough understanding of China real estate market
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial principles and ability to run financial feasibilities / scenarios
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs
• Strong communication skills with partners, service providers and team members across functions
• Efficient and effective management of multiple tasks and deadlines
