Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage planning and execution of key project phases, including discovery, design, and implementation.
- Identify, discuss, and resolve project issues within working groups, escalating to management when required.
- Co-create solutions with product owners, contributing to business analysis, operating model design, and problem-solving.
Stakeholder Alignment & Strategic Support
- Work closely with GWB functions including Coverage, Products, Group HR, Compliance, Tech & Ops, Finance, and Risk.
- Support GWB Heads and COO in building and executing GWB strategy.
- Facilitate alignment and collaboration across multiple teams to ensure smooth execution and value delivery.
Risk & Issue Management
- Assess potential risks and challenges, prioritize issues, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Distill complex problems into clear, concise summaries for management decision-making.
Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct business and financial data analysis to support project outcomes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for senior stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and drive efficiency in project delivery.
- Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in resolving complex issues during project execution.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial institutions with exposure to project management or banking processes.
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to manage internal teams and coordinate with client partners.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate risks.
- Ability to influence management and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Self-driven, resilient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, including logical reasoning and financial data analysis.
- Working knowledge of Excel (business analysis) and MS PowerPoint (presentation creation).
