Role Mission

Lead enterprise-wide innovation, integration, and intelligent automation across corporate and enterprise systems to modernise StarHubs technology landscape and accelerate digital transformation.

Accountabilities

• Own the Innovation, Integration & Automation (IIA)strategyand roadmap for enterprise systems.

• Lead integration, orchestration, and middlewareoptimisationacross ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Productivity platforms.

• Drive intelligent automation and workflow transformation across enterprise functions.

• Establish and scale the Innovation & Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE).

• Govern standards, architecture alignment, anddeliveryexcellence for all enterprise integration and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the innovation, integration, and automation strategy for enterprise systems.

• Identifyand evaluate emerging technologies that enhance enterprise agility, efficiency, and operational quality.

• Lead integration and orchestration design across ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Productivity platforms.

• Oversee middlewareoptimisationto improve performance, reliability, resilience, and scalability.

• Champion API-led connectivity, event-driven patterns, and interoperability across enterprise applications.

• Drive adoption of intelligent automation platforms to streamline cross-functional workflows.

• Establishautomationgovernance, lifecycle frameworks, development standards, and reusable patterns.

• MeasureautomationROI, efficiency gains, risk reduction, and operational impact.

• Lead the Innovation & AutomationCoEto uplift capability,standardisepractices, and accelerate delivery.

• Driveorganisationalchange, training, and stakeholder alignment to support adoption ofnew solutions.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Finance, HR, Risk, Security, and other enterprise teams to ensure cohesive design andprioritisation.

• Manage partner and vendor ecosystems supporting integration and automation platforms, ensuring quality andoptimisedutilisation.
