Key Responsibilities - AVP Finance and Commercial Support

1. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead the preparation and execution of the Company's Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, periodic forecasting, and financial performance reviews. Monitor revenue performance and sales pipeline to assess their financial impact and ensure alignment with the Company's growth and profitability targets

2. Management Reporting & Business Performance

• Prepare and communicate weekly and monthly business and statutory financial performance reports, including actual versus budget/forecast analysis, key business drivers, risks, and improvement areas. Provide management with timely financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and achievement of corporate objectives.

3. Treasury & Financial Operations

• Manage and monitor the Company's treasury activities, including cash flow planning and forecasting, liquidity management, banking activities, payment processes, and working capital management, to ensure sufficient liquidity and effective utilization of financial resources.

4. Stakeholder Management & Coordination

• Act as a key Finance liaison and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including the parent and other Opco company, legal counsel, bankers, auditors, tax advisors, and other professional service providers. Coordinate and facilitate financial, audit, banking, regulatory, and corporate matters to ensure timely resolution and alignment with the Company's requirements.

5. Business Process & Operational Excellence

• Identify and implement improvements in financial and internal business processes to enhance operational efficiency, financial controls, and governance. Ensure that financial activities are conducted with integrity and in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and internal control requirements.

6. Business & Financial Analysis

• Analyze sales pipeline, service fulfillment, revenue trends, and operational performance to identify potential financial risks and opportunities. Recommend appropriate actions to management to mitigate risks and improve financial and operational performance.

7. Customer & Revenue Analysis

• Perform financial and account-level analysis of key/Pareto customers, including revenue, profitability, collection performance, and business trends, to support management and commercial teams in business planning and market development.

8. Team Development & Performance Management

• Support the development of Finance team members by setting clear performance expectations, strengthening analytical capabilities, reviewing the quality of their outputs, and providing coaching and feedback. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend appropriate development or remuneration actions where necessary.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, with experience in financial planning and budgeting, accounting and financial reporting, treasury, and management reporting. Experience in the telecommunications industry is mandatory. Prior Big Four experience would be an advantage
   
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, financial controls, and accounting practices applicable to the telecommunications industry.
   
3. Strong understanding of telecommunications products, services, and business models, including their financial and commercial implications.
   
4. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
   
5. Professional certification (CPA / CA / ACCA) is an advantage.
   
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa as the role requires regular communication and coordination with Indonesian-speaking stakeholders and business partners.
