Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of cluster yearly key performance indicators and business growth. Conduct regular meetings with agency leaders to improve sales and recruitment performance. Motivate and influence top producers towards achieving agency objectives. Identify and develop future agency leaders within the cluster. Build strong working relationships across various departments. Manage operational requirements and provide logistical support to the team. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and promote professionalism within agencies. Foster a productive working environment within the cluster. Assess business and regulatory compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies. Stay informed on industry trends related to regulatory compliance and risk management.

Requirements

• Basic degree qualifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Capable of performing both quantitative and qualitative evaluations. Experience in project management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a performance management focus. Willingness to learn and adapt to changes. High level of integrity and accountability.
