Avaloq Business Analyst

Responsibilities

. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

. Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across business and IT teams.

. Support solution design, testing, and requirement validation within Agile delivery models.

. Analyse process gaps in regional or multi-location implementations

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

. 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.

. Strong domain expertise in areas such as Wealth Management/Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments/Capital Markets, or Digital Banking .

Technical Skills

. Experience with banking and investment platforms including Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ.

. Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments .

. Soft Skills

. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

. Capability to facilitate workshops and influence cross-functional teams.

. Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

. Ability to work independently in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments

Requirements are that all candidates must have either:

1) Banking / Wealth Management business experience.

2) Avaloq functional and/or technical experience
