Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AV & Workplace Technology Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of workplace technology initiatives across commercial office environments. This role focuses on managing Audio-Visual (AV) systems, collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms), LED displays, network infrastructure, and access control systems, ensuring seamless integration with construction and IT activities.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of AV/IT workplace projects

. Manage design and implementation of raceways, raised floors, hub rooms, structured cabling, and power coordination

. Oversee deployment of AV systems (Crestron, Shure, Biamp, Jabra, Sennheiser) and collaboration platforms (Teams/Zoom)

. Ensure network, Wi-Fi, and physical infrastructure readiness

. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, IT, cybersecurity, and internal stakeholders

. Manage project budgets, risks, dependencies, and compliance with corporate standards

. Oversee commissioning, testing, documentation, and handover to support teams

Required Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related field

. 8+ years of experience managing large-scale AV/IT or workplace technology projects

. Strong knowledge of AV integration, structured cabling, network infrastructure, and access control

. Experience in commercial real estate or corporate workplace environments

. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2, CTS, ITIL, CCNA/CWNA, CISM/CISSP
