About the Role
This role is for individuals with at least 1-2 years of event AV setup and operations experience who are ready to take on more responsibility. You will be involved in setup, basic troubleshooting, and on-site execution across live events and productions. You should be comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments. We are building a high-performance team and are looking for technicians who take pride in disciplined, systems-driven operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse & Prep: Prepare equipment based on packing lists. Follow existing packing systems and checklists to ensure 100% load-out accuracy.
- Delivery & Logistics: Load and unload equipment safely. Support vehicle packing to improve deployment efficiency.
- On-Site Setup: Assist in setup, testing, and teardown of displays, projectors, audio, and lighting. Ensure all cable management is neat and client-ready without needing a second look from a supervisor.
- Event Execution: Support live operations. Ability to translate show-flows into technical reality on-site, providing solutions rather than just following instructions.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AV, events, staging, or technical production is mandatory.
- Singapore Class 3 driving license is a plus.
- Ability to maintain technical precision and performance during high-volume peak periods (e.g., October F1 Sprint).
- Role involves regular physical activity, including the safe lifting and moving of event equipment.
- Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions and checklists precisely.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of audio, video, and signal flow.
- Familiarity with XLR, HDMI, SDI, CAT6, and power distribution.
- Ability to identify and resolve common signal path issues without waiting for instructions.
