Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused AV Engineer to be stationed at a client location to support day-to-day AV operations. The role includes setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV systems to ensure smooth meetings and events.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support for AV systems including video conferencing, projectors, audio systems, and control interfaces
- Support internal and external meetings and events
- Troubleshoot and resolve AV hardware, software, and configuration issues, coordinating with clients to ensure timely resolution
- Perform routine maintenance, system diagnostics, and firmware/software updates
- Maintain service logs, documentation, and technical reports
- Train end users and client staff on system operation as needed
- Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards
Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics, Audio Engineering, IT, or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in AV support or engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, control systems, and VC/audio conferencing platforms
- Experience in corporate or client-facing environments
- Basic IT and networking knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
