1. Maintenance & Repair
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of cranes and heavy vehicle (prime mover, lorry crane, mobile cranes, crawler crane, etc.).
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
- Replace worn-out or damaged components such as hydraulic pumps, engines, and cables.
2.Troubleshoot & Diagnostics
- Identify operational issues and breakdown causes.
- Use diagnostic tools and manuals to pinpoint malfunctions.
- Conduct on-site emergency repairs when necessary.
3. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all repairs follow manufacturer guidelines and industry safety regulations.
- Conduct safety checks and inspections to prevent equipment failure.
4. Fieldwork & Site Support
- Travel to job sites to perform maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Work closely with crane operators and site managers to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in crane and heavy vehicles maintenance and repair.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems in cranes and heavy vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, and electrical circuits in cranes.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults using diagnostic tools and software.
- Willing to travel to job sites for on-site repairs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with crane operators and supervisors.
- A valid driver's license (preferred for on-site repairs).
