Loan Administration (Hire Purchase)
Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Loan Administration Executive to support our financing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling loan documentation, payment collections, reporting, and customer communications while ensuring accuracy and timely execution of daily operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle documentation for block discounting and other financing facilities
- Collect hire purchase instalment payments and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Prepare payment instructions, reminders, and notification letters for customers
- Review, update, and monitor system reports daily
- Perform daily extraction and downloading of bank statements.
- Handle incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Manage insurance matters including new purchases, renewals, and related follow-ups
- Assist with floor stock management and inventory tracking
- Respond promptly to urgent changes in arrangements
- Support ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned

- Able to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Meticulous, with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail to ensure minimal errors
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing and processing roles within the automotive industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to handle and analyse financial data accurately
