Job Scope
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Batch and Automic Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and maintaining application components across multiple client environments. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of batch processes and automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, and test application components related to batch processing and automation.
- Perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work to ensure optimal application performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
- Implement best practices in software development to improve code quality and system performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Provide solutions to technical and operational challenges in a timely manner.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 23 years of hands-on experience with Automic Workload Automation (UC4)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Monitoring and related tools
- Basic understanding of SAP integrations
- Foundational knowledge of operational architecture
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
