Description
We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, with the ability to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality of our software products.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test scripts using various automation tools.
- Execute automated test scripts and report defects.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback for improvements.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain and enhance existing automated test frameworks and tools.
- Participate in test case reviews and provide input on best practices for automation.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in automation testing.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and life cycle.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
