Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TestComplete.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and develop test plans.
- Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Document and track software defects and issues using bug tracking tools.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to development teams.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in automation testing.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automation testing.
- Strong expertise in using TestComplete for test automation.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, or Python.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
