Automation tester (API testing/ Java / Python)

Salary: up to SGD 5700 (depending on overall experience and skills)

Location: Changi business park

6 months extendable contract

Requirements:
Min 1-2 years of automation testing experience with Java /Python. Anyone with ATM testing experience will be added advantage

Responsibilities:

1. Opcode Identification for NDC Message Creation

o Execute test cases and identify the exact OP codes required.

o Map each test case to the identified OP codes for complete traceability.

o Provide OP code inputs to the Development team for accurate NDC message creation.

o Validate that the NDC messages created align fully with test case requirements.

2. Test Data Preparation for Automation

o Prepare required test data (cards, accounts, CINs) for each automation scenario.

o Verify data readiness and correctness in the test environment before execution.

o Maintain a reusable pool of validated test data for regression cycles.

3. Running Automation & Failure Analysis

o Execute automation suites once the framework is ready.

o Analyse failures using logs, API responses, and data validation.

o Coordinate with Technology and DN teams to identify root causes.

o Ensure identified issues are resolved to prevent repeat failures.

4. Automating Test Data Creation

o Build utilities/scripts to automate creation of cards, accounts, and CINs.

o Eliminate repetitive manual effort in test data preparation.

o Enable on-demand data creation to speed up regression execution
