Automation Tester
We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in test automation frameworks, scripting, and continuous integration environments to support efficient and reliable testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web, mobile, or API applications.
- Execute automated and manual test cases to validate application functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools.
- Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for better test coverage and efficiency.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
- Perform regression, functional, and integration testing.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed test reports and recommendations.
Required Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in software testing and automation.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Tosca, Playwright, or TestNG.
- Experience in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development methodology
