Title: Automation/Performance Test Lead

Role:
- We're hiring an Automation/Performance Test Lead to work on large-scale digital platforms used by thousands of users.
- This role goes beyond test executionyou'll help ensure systems are stable, scalable, and ready for peak traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute performance tests (load, stress, endurance).
- Build and maintain test scripts using JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Analyse system behavior and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to improve performance.
- Share clear insights and recommendations to guide system improvements.
- Support release readiness and high-traffic events.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in performance testing / engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Good understanding of performance testing lifecycle and concepts.
- Experience analysing CPU, memory, database, and network performance.
- Familiarity with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Splunk.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, enterprise environments.
