Job Description

The Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) is jointly set up by the tripartite partners: the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), and we offer advisory and mediation services. We are looking for interns to develop and implement automation workflows, build user-friendly applications, and support research and data analysis efforts to enhance administrative efficiency, streamline case management, and inform dispute resolution strategies at TADM@NTUC.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Development

  • Design workflows using Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks such as data extraction, survey handling, and administrative processesenhancing overall efficiency.

Application Building

  • Develop user-friendly applications with Power Apps to support operational workflows.
  • Integrate with Power Automate and Power BI for real-time tracking and data-driven insights.

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct research on employment laws, guidelines, and relevant case precedents.
  • Prepare research briefs and provide insights to support dispute resolution strategies.

Data and Trend Analysis

  • Prepare progress reports for management with insights into recent case trends.
  • Utilize AI tools to analyze data and identify trends impacting workers.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Background in coding or programming is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis is a plus.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder collaboration and user training.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
