Key Responsibilities
- Test Strategy & Automation: Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, detailed test cases, and scalable automation frameworks to support our CI/CD processes.
- Execution & Analysis: Execute automated test suites and meticulously analyze the results to identify defects, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities where automation can enhance operational efficiency and reduce the need for manual testing.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough documentation of all automation processes, test cases, and results for auditing and reference purposes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest testing strategies, tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance our software testing processes.
- Team Collaboration: Support manual testing efforts when required and maintain strong communication with the wider development and product teams.
Requirements
- A tertiary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Business fluency in both written and spoken English.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in automation testing and framework development.
- Strong Python scripting skills are mandatory.
- Proven experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Appium.
- Solid experience in API automation.
- Demonstrated experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-have

- Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration.
- A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior working experience within the trading, financial, or crypto industries is highly preferred.
- Domain knowledge in Fintech, blockchain technologies, capital markets, or financial payments would be a significant advantage.
