Responsibilities:
- Manage automation engineering systems & processes per safety and performance standards.
- Establish performance & quality criteria via validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) through FEED, testing, installation, commissioning & handover.
- Work with internal teams on technical solutions, validation, qualification procedures & checklists to meet company & customer requirements.
- Create testing protocols, run tests, analyze results, update logs & document outcomes.
- Monitor safety and quality compliance calibrate and repair machines & equipment.
- Participate in product failure analysis, continuous improvement, and design maintenance procedures train operations & maintenance staff.
- Collaborate on FMEA, machine qualification, FAT/SAT with suppliers apply Lean principles and follow up with QA and Production staff.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent.
- 3-6 years experience as validation engineer or similar project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, manufacturing processes, safety regulations, PFMEA, and CPK studies.
- Proficient in statistical software (MINITAB, MATLAB) and Microsoft Office excellent analytical skills.
- Leadership, self-motivated, team player, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technology.
