Our client is seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to lead process improvement and automation initiatives across their supply chain operations. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change, implement cutting-edge technologies, and optimize workflows at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and Optimize: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks through time studies, value stream mapping, and data analytics.
- Drive Automation: Design and implement automation solutions, including RPA, WMS automation, and data integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, operations, and logistics to evaluate and deploy technologies that enhance performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to measure impact and ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead Improvement Initiatives: Manage lean projects focused on process standardization and systems optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain optimization, process improvement, or industrial engineering
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and automation technologies (RPA, MES, WMS)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python) and process modeling software (Visio, AutoCAD, Arena)
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
