About the Company:

Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company committed to advancing science and delivering life-saving medicines. With a strong presence in Singapore, they are looking to expand their automation engineering team. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation systems, ensuring all systems meet operational requirements and regulatory compliance.
Conduct and oversee the qualification of automated systems, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver automation projects on time and within budget. Provide technical leadership during project execution, from design through to commissioning.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining system reliability.
Ensure all automation documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and qualification protocols, are thoroughly created, maintained, and compliant with industry standards.
Identify opportunities for system optimization, process improvements, and automation upgrades. Support innovation in automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Work closely with process engineers, IT teams, and other departments to ensure smooth integration of automation systems with other plant systems.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in DeltaV Batch Automation.
Strong understanding of ISA-88 (S88) standards.
Hands-on experience Equipment Module Class
Hands-on experience Phase Class
Recipe Configuration and Management
Ability to support commissioning and project execution activities in a GMP manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio
