Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshootDeltaV automation systemsto support manufacturing operations.
- Ensure reliable performance and minimal downtime of control systems.
- Lead the commissioning and testing of automation systems, ensuring readiness for operational use.
- Develop and execute protocols forFAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQphases.
- Ensure automation systems comply withGMP,GAMP 5, and FDA regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audits as required.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for automation issues and provide corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years in automation, with a strong focus onDeltaV systems, commissioning, and validation.
- Skills:Proficient in DeltaV configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with validation processes (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
