Job Overview

We are seeking an experiencedAutomation Engineerwith expertise inDeltaV systemsto support the commissioning, testing, and optimization of automation processes in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with GMP standards while driving efficient system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshootDeltaV automation systemsto support manufacturing operations.
• Ensure reliable performance and minimal downtime of control systems.
• Lead the commissioning and testing of automation systems, ensuring readiness for operational use.
• Develop and execute protocols forFAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQphases.
• Ensure automation systems comply withGMP,GAMP 5, and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support audits as required.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis for automation issues and provide corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years in automation, with a strong focus onDeltaV systems, commissioning, and validation.
• Skills:Proficient in DeltaV configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with validation processes (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
