Automation Design Engineer (Full machine design)

Automation Design Engineer will serve as the key technical expert for designing automation solutions and developing winning sales proposals. The role owns the end-to-end technical process, from concept design through commissioning to long-term post-sales service and support, covering automated systems, custom mechanical fixtures, and hands-on system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical expert for designing automation solutions and developing winning sales proposals.
• Own the end-to-end technical process, from concept design through commissioning to long-term post-sales service and support.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including system layouts and cost estimates.
• Design automated systems and custom mechanical fixtures or mechanisms using CAD software.
• Create and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, manuals, BOMs, and service records.
• Perform hands-on integration, including electrical wiring, control panel checks, and robot programming.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 to 7+ years of experience in full machine design, preferably in automation systems, robotics solutions, fixtures, or related areas.
• Proficient across multiple CAD platforms — AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, CREO7, and Pro-E.
