AutoCAD Drafter

Job Descriptions

• Prepares and modifies detailed and production drawings (Tender / Construction and Shop Drawings)
• Prepare Drawings using AutoCAD
• Prepares 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings
• Finalizing AutoCAD models.
• Ensuring technical and design meet required Singapore's established standards
• Assist on documentation for record and submission related to CAD / BIM Processes
• Co-ordinate with consultants, project team and sub-contractors on issuing of drawings

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate
• At least 1 -2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field,
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Must be able to work under pressure in fast-paced community with minimum supervision, meeting project deadlines
• Competency in BIM/Revit will be a plus
