Auto Cad Drafter & Bim Modeler

. Create shop drawings based on client giveninformation, specifications and calculations. Incorporating all the details inthe drawings

. Make the drawings in keeping with companystandards

. Provide MTO based on drawing details

. Maintain all drawing files, update drawings asneeded, and make corrections to drawings as directed by the Leads.

. Drawing tasks will include but not limited todevelopment and maintenance of a drawing numbering system, proper control ofrevisions received either from client, regulatory authority or internallygenerated requirement

. Lead piping team in drafting standard

. Explain drawings to production or constructionteams and provide adjustments when necessary

. Liaise with the design specialists on drawings,amendment and re-submission to clients

. Assist in conducting site measurement andinspections

. Attend site and office meetings and prepareprogress reports

. To study project and design basis such as scopeof work, overall project schedule, basic design data, client specification,client standard drawings, existing drawings, and plot plan.
