Job Descriptions:
- Manage and carry out audits for a variety of clients from different industries, ensuring they meet all required standards and regulations.
- Plan audits, conduct fieldwork, and prepare clear audit reports.
- Lead the audit team, supervising and mentoring junior team members.
- Identify financial risks and review internal controls, suggesting improvements when needed.
- Prepare reports and communicate findings and recommendations to clients, answering questions and providing support.
- Make sure audits are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA Singapore, or CPA Australia are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm.
- Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in IT processes and Microsoft Office.
