Audit Manager/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

. Plan engagement objectives to ensure compliance with professional standards and appropriately address risk.

. Perform review and provide guidance of audit teams findings, have sound knowledge of Singapore FRS and Singapore Standards on Auditing

. Demonstrate an ability to lead and motivate others.

. Manage a team of audit professionals and assist Audit Partner in delivering assurance services with strong initiative and self-motivation

. Monitor team progress and drive performance

. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and identify business development opportunities

. Managers will be expected to have shown an on-going commitment to their personal and professional development through continuing education and development.

Qualifications and experience

. Bachelor's Degree, ACCA, CA Singapore or equivalent professional qualification

. Have 6 years of relevant experience in a professional accounting firm in Singapore and at least 2 years experience in leading a team.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Able to work independently as well as a team player
