Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage local and international client portfolios, ensuring high-quality audit and assurance services are delivered.
Plan, lead, and complete audits, while guiding and developing your team to meet objectives.
Use professional judgment and apply critical thinking to address technical issues during audits.
Manage project timelines and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
Attend training sessions to stay current with professional standards.
Coach and mentor team members, including conducting training with in-house support.
Oversee staff performance, conduct regular reviews, and give constructive feedback.
Support business development efforts and collaborate on client pitches.
Work with support teams to manage audit budgets, profitability, billing, and collections.
Encourage effective communication within a cross-functional and diverse team.
Professional accounting qualification.
At least 5 years of relevant audit experience.
Strong technical knowledge of SFRS/IFRS and SSA/ISA.
