Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage local and international client portfolios, ensuring high-quality audit and assurance services are delivered.
  • Plan, lead, and complete audits, while guiding and developing your team to meet objectives.
  • Use professional judgment and apply critical thinking to address technical issues during audits.
  • Manage project timelines and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Attend training sessions to stay current with professional standards.
  • Coach and mentor team members, including conducting training with in-house support.
  • Oversee staff performance, conduct regular reviews, and give constructive feedback.
  • Support business development efforts and collaborate on client pitches.
  • Work with support teams to manage audit budgets, profitability, billing, and collections.
  • Encourage effective communication within a cross-functional and diverse team.
  • Professional accounting qualification.
  • At least 5 years of relevant audit experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SFRS/IFRS and SSA/ISA.
