Responsibilities:
- Responsible for audit planning, system review and audit fieldwork.
- Carry out audit work of companies in various industries.
- Prepare statutory financial statements and audit finalisation reports.
- Perform internal control testing.
- Audit of special engagements
- Assist in other assignments and special projects
- Familiar with regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Cultivate an engaging work environment that promotes a shared commitment to excellence for achieving the firm's quality, client service, people, and financial objective.
- Help to develop risk assessments and determine the appropriate audit strategy for each assignment
- Provide quality assurance of audit file.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy recognised by ISCA/ACCA, or those pursuing the final stage of ACCA or CPA Australia or equivalent
- At least 2 years of audit experience preferably in a medium-size accounting firm.
- Keen interest in the accounting profession
- Good team player, shows initiative, responsibility and commitment
- Able to work with least supervision
