Job Overview
Responsible for performing detailed claims verification, audit checks, and compliance support in accordance with Government Agency SOPs and audit standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform claims verification based on official SOPs
- Check completeness and accuracy of supporting documents
- Validate qualifying expenses (up to 100% depending on audit type)
- Review scanned or original documents as required
- Liaise with grantees, vendors, and Government Agency officers for clarifications
- Assist with claims submission in finance systems and upload supporting documents
- Track claim status and maintain reporting logs
- Support preparation of verification and audit reports
- Ensure compliance with SLA timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 A Level passes or Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, finance, operations, or claims verification/audit work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
