Audit Associate / Audit Semi-Senior

As an Audit Associate / Semi-senior, your day-to-day work will include:

• Performing audit fieldwork and testing of internal controls across a portfolio of clients, using HLSP's audit methodology.
• Preparing audit working papers and documentation to support audit conclusions.
• Assisting in the review of financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards (e.g., SFRS, IFRS, SSA).
• Liaising with client finance teams to obtain information, resolve queries, and understand business processes.
• Supporting senior associates, managers, and partners throughout the engagement lifecycle - from planning through to reporting.
• Delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions across financial control, regulatory reporting, and technology-related audit issues
  

Client Engagement & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with clients to understand their businesses and provide practical, commercially relevant audit services.
• Liaise with accounting, corporate secretarial and tax teams, and other professionals to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Mentor junior team members (for Audit Semi-Senior role) and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training.
