Responsibilities
- Conduct external audits for small to medium-sized companies across diverse industries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare audited and unaudited financial statements and tax computations with accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Manage audit assignments independently, demonstrating accountability and effective time management under tight deadlines
- Apply knowledge of Singapore's regulatory and reporting environment to ensure audit quality and compliance
- Analyze relevant business and risk management issues to identify audit risks and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with audit teams and stakeholders to deliver audit objectives and support overseas audit assignments when required
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification, or ACCA finalist status
- Minimum 1 year of local audit experience demonstrating practical application of audit principles and standards
