Experienced Audit Administrative Support Staff

Singapore | Full-time

We are looking for an experienced and organised Audit Administrative Support Staff to provide administrativeand coordination support to our audit department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the audit team.
  • Prepare, format, scan, print, and organise audit documents and reports.
  • Maintain proper filing of audit engagement files and supporting documents.
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding documents and information.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deadlines for the audit team.
  • Assist with engagement letters, confirmations, billing support, and internal records.
  • Handle general correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries.
  • Ensure proper document control and compliance with internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Experience in an audit firm, accounting firm, or professional services environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and work within deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
