Experienced Audit Administrative Support Staff

We are looking for an experienced and organised Audit Administrative Support Staff to provide administrativeand coordination support to our audit department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the audit team.
- Prepare, format, scan, print, and organise audit documents and reports.
- Maintain proper filing of audit engagement files and supporting documents.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding documents and information.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deadlines for the audit team.
- Assist with engagement letters, confirmations, billing support, and internal records.
- Handle general correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries.
- Ensure proper document control and compliance with internal procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Experience in an audit firm, accounting firm, or professional services environment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and work within deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
