Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audio Visual Executive located in Singapore. The Audio Visual Executive will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio and visual equipment for hotel events and functions. This includes conducting equipment checks, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support during events. The Executive will collaborate with clients to understand their AV needs, ensure quality sound and visual presentations, and maintain inventory and equipment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining audio-visual equipment
- Experience in troubleshooting AV issues and providing technical support
- Strong understanding of sound and visual quality standards and practices
- Ability to collaborate with clients and understand their AV needs
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in audio-visual technology
- Prior experience in a hospitality or event management setting is a plus
