Working hours:
. Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
. Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
. Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
Operation and Maintenance of AV systems:
. To setup, coordinate, and operate basic audio, video, and lighting systems daily for school assemblies, events, meetings
. Mixer Operation
. Signal Processors (Graphic Equalizers, Effect Processors)
. Stage Lightings Control Panel
. Microphones
. Amplifiers
. Speakers
. Cables and connectors
. Wireless System (FM/VHF/UHF)
. To liaise with and support ICT Manager in the safety, maintenance, stock-take of AV inventory and procurement of AV equipment such as projectors, speakers and microphones.
. To support School AV team and School Event Planning committees by supplying from inventory, installing, dismantling, standing-by and operating of AV and lighting works in accordance to event orders / service requests and/or on-site instructions etc. for event production and/or support.
. Provide technical support for online events.
Videography-Photography Production:
. Videography and/or Photography support for school events, publications.
. Assist in the handling, moving & setting up of photo or video equipment for school staff.
. Perform video / photo post-production which includes creating and editing content according to project specifications and requests such as subtitles and green screen overlay.
. Man the school's media-production studio by assisting staff and students in videography and/or Photography production and post-production.
ICT Support:
. Work with ICT support team in daily device cart movement to classrooms and to various school venues.
. Manage (Upload / delete content) School Messaging System
. Assist in other ICT support duties as assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principals, HOD/ICT, LH/ICT, ICT Manager.
. The school may request staff to be involved in urgent and important duties e.g. During evacuation, emergencies
. During school holidays the staff may be requested to provide support in other areas in the school.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
. At least GCE N level or equivalent
. Skills in videography / photography production
. Working knowledge of AV equipment operation
. At least one year experience in AV or media support in schools
. Physical stamina
