Audio Core Engineer

We are looking to hire a C++ Software Engineer to join our Audio Core team, which is responsible for the cross-platform C++ audio processing and editing engine used in our iOS, Android, and Web applications.

The ideal candidate is an experienced C++ developer who's passionate about music and the tools used to make it.

Requirements

Essential skills and experience

• Strong C++ coding skills
• Knowledge of music theory
• Familiarity with audio production tools

Pluses

Experience in one or more of:

• Real-time programming, e.g. with threads, mutexes, atomics
• Audio DSP programming, effects, analysis, synthesis
• MIDI, as an end user and as a programmer
• Assembly-language programming, e.g. SSE3 or ARM
• Version control, e.g. git
• Development on iOS, Android, and/or Web
• Algorithmic music generation
• Machine learning / AI
