Role Overview

We are seeking for an Intern, Audience Growth, Southeast Asia and Korea. From Jan'26 to Jun'26 period.

This role will be responsible in assisting Regional Strategy in driving artists fandom growth: increase streaming consumption, grow revenue via ecommerce, acquiring and advancing fans (convert casual listeners to fans, fans to superfans).

The ideal candidate would be a music lover and self-starter with strong passion and creativity for growing fandom across business units - Marketing, Digital Ops and eCommerce.

Responsibilities

  • Use streaming partner data, social monitoring and listening tools to provide actionable insights on pop culture trends, fanbases, target audiences to inform our growth strategy
  • Deep dive into fan behaviours on all social media; TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, fan clubs, etc.
  • Proactively sharing campaign ideas to drive fandom growth: increase streaming consumption, grow revenue via ecommerce, acquiring and advancing fans (convert casual listeners to fans, fans to superfans)
  • Use marketing technology to capture first party data, identify audience segments and optimize audience targeting
  • Be competent and knowledgeable in identifying and tracking the right metrics for the business to review impact of e-CRM campaigns
  • Create visual storytelling for post campaign reporting through infographic, PowerPoint reports, newsletters, etc.
  • Work closely with line manager to prepare proposals, deliver reports to business stakeholders, and provide accurate data extraction for campaigns analysis

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of latest trends on social media, pop culture and target audiences
  • Familiarity with short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
  • Demonstrate ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and narratives
  • Basic project management skills, strong communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge with data, e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, SQL
