Job Description

Kulnari Mystery Golf is a minigolf attraction in Singapore that combines both mini-golf and a touch of mystery. Guests are transported to 1920's Boat Quay in Singapore, to investigate a mysterious occurrence at the Kulnari Trading Company building.

Combining mystery elements and mini-golf gameplay, and blending historical fact with storytelling flights of fancy, Kulnari Mystery Golf will transport you to an era long gone - for a multi-sensory experience.

We are looking for a service-oriented individual with great interpersonal and communication skills who can handle queries from visitors on admissions, ticketing, membership policies and procedures.

You will also need to work with your team to identify guest service needs.

  • Must be prepared to work shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays. You must be prepared to be on your feet.
  • We are looking for someone who is interested in building their career and eventually moving into more of a leadership position.

Tasks

  • Apply technology to enhance visitor experience and monitor the use of attraction facilities.
  • Assist in analysing data to understand customer behaviours.
  • Conduct investigations of incidents.
  • Deploy operations crew personnel to direct crowd flows through the attraction sites.
  • Develop crowd control measures.
  • Direct operations crew to regulate queue times in accordance with queue management methods.
  • Ensure operations teams comply with business continuity plans.
  • Execute emergency response procedures.
  • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Gather visitor feedback.
  • Implement customer service procedures.
  • Implement health, safety and emergency response and risk assessment procedures.
  • Manage admissions and ticketing, membership, guest services and operations crew activities.
  • Prepare incident reports.
  • Recommend improvements on communicating safety rules to attractions guests.
  • Resolve escalated service issues.

Salary will commensurate with experience.
