Attractions Crew

Role Overview

We are looking for disciplined, responsible and hardworking individuals to operate our attractions and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. This is a hands-on operational role. If you prefer sitting behind a desk or doing the bare minimum, this job is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

. Operate attractions and activities according to strict safety and operational SOPs
. Ensure children and guests follow all safety instructions at all times
. Provide clear and confident instructions to guests before and during activities
. Maintain cleanliness, organisation and readiness of the attraction area
. Monitor equipment and report any faults or safety concerns immediately
. Control guest flow and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently
. Be alert, attentive and proactive during operations - no mobile phone use while on duty
. Handle guests politely while maintaining firm control of safety rules

Requirements

. Responsible and disciplined with a strong safety mindset
. Physically fit and comfortable standing or moving for long hours
. Good communication skills and confident interacting with guests and children
. Able to remain alert and focused throughout the shift
. Able to work weekends, public holidays and peak periods
. Positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team

. Take pride in doing the job properly
. Punctual, reliable and hardworking
. Follow instructions and respect operational procedures
. Willing to learn and improve
