ATM Escort aka Associate Officer

Responsibilities:

• Partner with FLM Technician, Complete Live Tickets Routine Duties
• Perform Arming & Disarming Premises for FLM/SLM (1st / 2nd Line Technician) to Service ATM / Vendors to Carry Out Maintenances / IMAC Activities
• Verify ATM Machine ID, Tallying with FLM/SLM Service Ticket Before Disarming Premises for ATM Servicing
• Check & Ensure No Consumable (Receipt Roll & Passbook Ribbon), Safekept Inside Alarm Cabinet
• Observe FLM/SLM Servicing ATM Machine & Ensure No Abnormality (E.g.: Theft & Mishandling) Happen/Occur During Servicing SOP
• To Witness FLM/SLM Counting Jammed Cash or Coins
• Check & Verify TEbag Information Are Correct & Properly Sealed & Safekept TEbag Inside ATM Machine
• Perform Tug and Pull, Top & Bottom of Machine Fascia Door, Ensure Properly Locked, Before Arming Back Premises
• Prevent Public Disturbance, When Servicing ATM
• Perform Final Check & Ensure No Svc Equipment or TEbag, Include Used Items Left Behind, Before Leaving Scheduled Site
